1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Shipping – $18.00

  • Delivery Window: 4–7 business days after processing.

  • May–October Peak Season: Due to high order volume and Wilson’s fulfillment schedule, delivery may extend to 3–4 weeks in rare cases.

• Priority Shipping – $25.00

  • Delivery Window: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • May–October Peak Season: Delivery may extend to 3–4 weeks in rare cases.

• Expedited Shipping – $99.00

  • Same-day processing.

  • Delivery Window: 1–2 business days.

  • Note: Expedited does **not apply to custom orders.

• Free Local Pickup is available by appointment.

2. PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• During May–October peak season, processing and delivery times vary significantly due to national demand and Wilson’s fulfillment schedules.

• Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

• Custom orders include but are not limited to: team-stamped footballs, Wilson custom models, and Nike Vapor Elite footballs.

• Custom orders cannot be expedited or guaranteed with an exact ETA.

• ⚠️ Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

• Delivery timelines depend on design approval, production schedules, and manufacturer fulfillment capacity (Wilson, Nike, etc.).

4. CANCELLATIONS

• After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled.

• If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

• Note: This does not apply to custom orders, which are final and cannot be canceled or modified.

5. RETURNS

• All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

6. DELAYED ORDERS

• In the case of delayed processing by Game Ready Football Prep, customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund. This  excludes Custom Orders  from Wilson Sporting Goods and Biggameusa

• Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier directly for the item’s status. This  also excludes Peak Time May To  October

7. DAMAGED ORDERS

• Game Ready Football Prep is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

• If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

• The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts certain items from being shipped by air. Any unauthorized items may require alternate shipping methods.
