  • Can I return my product for a refund?

  • Can I order a football directly from a retailer ?
    Yes, after you place your order for prep service you will receive an email confirmation with our shipping address.   • How long does it take to ship products?
    While we strive to deliver products within 48-72 hours, inventory and high volume of orders can delay this process. This Shipping Policy is for Game Ready Football Prep and was last updated on 05/15/2024. 1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS Domestic Shipping: Standard (5-8 Business Days): $12 Express (3 Business Days): $25 Free Local Pickup 2. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 7 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 3. CANCELLATIONS After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. 4. RETURNS All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. 5. DELAYED ORDERS In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status. 6. DAMAGED ORDERS Game Ready Football Prep is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS - Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method. 8.   • Can you tell me more about your prep process?
    The elite football prep includes a 12-step formula to take a brand new or used football and turns it into an elite game ball. You will see the ball transform in grip, color, and feel and performance. This football prep is similar to the prep that the NFL and NCAA footballs use. Get your football prepped like the PROs! This includes Elite Ball Brush, Lena Blackburne Mud, Mojo Leather Conditioner, My Proprietary soften mixture for extra Tack! Breaking in a football takes hours to complete over the course of several days. Turn around time varies, generally is within 1-3 weeks depending on order size.
  • What type of football can be prepped?
    We are only able to break in genuine leather footballs. Synthetic footballs are not going to be prepped. If you would send a synthetic football we will not prep or ship back. If you have questions about the football please ask them before shipping.
  • Can I send my own footballs for prep?
    Yes, after you place your order for prep service you will receive an email conformation with our shipping address.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
