We take pride in delivering prepped, conditioned, and customized footballs to teams and athletes nationwide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver all orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

All orders for products and football prep services are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods—such as preseason or special releases—processing times may be slightly extended.

Each order is inspected and packaged in our Riverview, Florida facility, ensuring every football meets our GameReady standards before shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery of your football prep service products, including prepped footballs, conditioners, and accessories.

Typical delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

• Bulk Orders / Team Packages: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
All football prep service orders are insured and traceable through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at mario.corona@gamereadyfootballprep.com.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

GameReadyFootballPrep ships to physical addresses within the continental United States.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO shipments may require special handling and extended delivery times.

For large or bulk football prep service orders, we recommend providing a verified business or team address for guaranteed delivery.

5. International Shipping

At this time, our football prep service primarily serves U.S.-based teams and organizations. However, international shipping may be available upon request.

6. Damages or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging all footballs and related products. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at mario.corona@gamereadyfootballprep.com within 48 hours of delivery.

GameReadyFootballPrep is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once the carrier assumes responsibility.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will apply. Please double-check all details before completing your order for any football prep service or product.
